Welcome to the SACC Program
The School Age Child Care Program is a tuition-based, before and after-school program sponsored by the Tenafly Board of Education for children in grades k - 5. For children to attend, parents/guardians must work or be enrolled in classes themselves.
The SACC program is not in session when school is closed.

Yearly registration and enrollment is required for each program (school year or summer).

Dear Tenafly Families,
As a friendly reminder, if you are planning to register your child for the upcoming school year, and you haven't done so already, completed registration forms must be received in the SACC office by August 19th to attend the program on the first day, and week of school, Tuesday 9/3. Space is limited, so please register as soon as possible.
Those received after, will be placed on the roster or waitlist starting the second week of school, Monday 9/9.
Otherwise, registration is on a rolling basis with a two-day waiting period before your child can attend.

For a student to attend SACC on the first day of school (Tuesday, September 3, 2024), a registration form must be completed and received by August 19th. If registration forms are received after August 19th, the student will attend SACC starting the 2nd week of school (Monday, September 9, 2024). New registration forms must be completed each school year.
The SACC program also accepts student registration throughout the school year. However, the SACC office requires two full business days to process the completed registration form received before a SACC student can participate in the program.

Tuition invoices will be generated on the 5th of the month for the upcoming month's tuition and tuition will be due on the 15th of that month. e.g. September 2024 tuition will be invoiced on or around August 5th and tuition will be due by August 15th, October 2024 tuition will be invoiced on or around September 5th and will be due by September 15th, and so forth.
