Student Registration
Register Your Child
We’re excited to welcome your family to our district and look forward to getting to know you and your child. Whether you are new to the area or have a child ready for preschool, you’ll need to complete the registration process.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION You must be domiciled in Tenafly (or Alpine for high school) to register your student. NOTE: Registration is not complete until all required documents are submitted. |
What You Will Need - Registration Checklist
☐ Proof of Residency (as outlined in the Proof of Residency Requirements Document )
☐ Student original birth certificate (if born in United States). Passport and Visa if born outside the United States
☐ Guardian Photo ID (required for each Guardian)
☐ Student’s previous school records - transcripts and/or report cards. (If not in English, documents must be translated by a certified translation service and show student's name, school name, and school address.)
☐ Student Health/Physical Exam Form - due upon registration. If coming from outside United States, due within 30 days of student's start date.
☐ Student Immunization Records (if from outside the United States, must be translated into English using the instructions above and showing the student's name, date of birth, and the name and address of the health provider's office.
