PHILOSOPHY:
My philosophy of education is that every child has the ability and right to learn in an atmosphere conducive to social, emotional, and academic growth. Children should be taught in a stimulating, nurturing, and dynamic environment where they are encouraged to ask questions and guide their own learning.

BACKGROUND:
I have taught in a variety of settings with a multitude of grade levels. Prior to teaching at Tenafly I taught Kindergarten and Library in an elementary school in Sydney, Australia. Previous to that I taught Resource Room and In-Class Support special education classes for students at all levels from K-5 in New Jersey.
I love my job and look forward to the start of the school year every year. I hope that your children enjoy coming to school as much as I do.
