Hi Kindergarten families!
My name is Ms. Monique Mullen and I will be your child's teacher for this upcoming school year. Kindergarten is a wonderful place to learn and grow! This year will be an enriching experience for your child to grow academically, socially and emotionally. I am so excited to guide your child through their Kindergarten year here at Maugham.

About Me

My name is Ms. Mullen and I am one of the three Kindergarten teachers here at Maugham. This will be my 3rd year teaching in Tenafly. I previously taught Special Education in another district but knew in my heart that Kindergarten is where I am supposed to be. Fun fact: I completed my student teaching in Kindergarten here at Maugham! I am so thrilled to be at Maugham School and especially apart of the Tenafly community. I am a proud alumni of Montclair State University. I graduated with a BA in Family & Child Studies as well as a Master of Arts in Teaching. My certifications include Preschool-3rd and Teacher of Students with Disabilities. In my free time I like to play with my Great Dane puppy, Gable. I also enjoy riding my bike, exploring nature, and relaxing while listening to music.
