Dear Tenafly MS 8th Grade 2020 Washington, DC Class Trip parents,

Please click HERE for the Refund Authorization and Release Form for your child’s CTA trip that did not occur due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We thank you for registering your child for this experience, and sincerely regret that your child missed this unique group educational travel opportunity.

To receive your refund, please complete this two-page form, and return it to CTA by US Mail (faxed and scanned copies are not accepted).

Refund payments are issued according to the schedule described on page three of the Refund Plan letter - cick HERE - that was previously emailed to you. Refunds are deposited back to your same credit/debit/gift card(s) used to make the original payment(s). This is a requirement of the Card issuers, and is not governed by CTA policy. If a CTA Refund attempt to an original credit/debit card is Declined by the credit card issuer, a check refund will be sent later to the registering Parent or Adult passenger, minus a mandatory 3% processing fee.

Credit option: If you wish to transfer any portion of your refund for future use by another student or parent registered for a CTA trip (pending school approval) departing before June 30, 2022, you may do so at any time by sending a secure message via the CTA website contact page [CTAfieldtrips.com/Contact] that includes the recipient's name, transfer $ amount, school name, trip date and destination.

CTA is grateful to parents like you, for offering your child enriching opportunities that create lifelong memories. Field trips will again be an important part of a well-rounded educational career, and I truly hope that you will continue to encourage those experiences for your child.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented and very difficult time.

I wish your family a safe and healthy summer.

     Sincerely,

    Glen Fulton, President
