Welcome to 5P! This is my fifth year at Smith School and I am looking forward to an exciting and productive year with you. A very exciting change is happening for our 5th grade students during this school year. The Tenafly Public Schools will departmentalize instruction in mathematics, science, and social studies. This year, I will specialize as a social studies teacher for all 5th grade social scientists at Smith School as well as a teacher of reading and writing for my homeroom students.

As we embark on this year, I believe the best way to achieve success is working as a team -- students, teachers and parents.
