    Welcome to my page

As a teaching artist, it is a pleasure for me to share my love and enthusiasm for Art and Photography. I have taught Drawing, Painting, Fine Art Photography, 3-Design, Portfolio Honors, and AP Studio Art

When I am not teaching, I am making my own art, visiting museums and galleries, or reading about art and photography, In other words, I live and breath art.

My family is also a big part of my life and spending time with my husband, daughter, son and their familes is what I enjoy the most. It gets even better when we all visit local Art museums.

Being active in my community is also important to me. I am the tresurer of the Book Arts Roundtable, a group of NJ artists that collaborate and exhibit both locally and nationally.  I am a member of Yarntwister, a group of enthusiastic knitters who meet twice a monthly at the Bogota Public Library.  I am also an active member of The Leonia United Methodist Church with responisblities for our nursery and a weekly group that meets to discuss Art, fitness and faith.

Other important components of my teaching include art projects that explore current trends and issues such as Ecology, Sustainability, D.I.Y. (Design-It-Yourself), Organic Lifestyle, Authentic Happiness and of course being less wasteful.

Clubs I advise are The Photography Club, Film Club and Fairytale Club
