I grew up in Israel and came to America in 1977. I have bachelor and master degrees in Chemical Engineering from the City University of NY. In 1997 I joined the science department at THS as a Chemistry teacher. Since 2003 I have been teaching the AP Chemistry course. In the past six years I have been teaching Methods of Science Research- a three year science elective.

My extra curricular activities involve the coordination of academic science competitions such as the NJ Science league, the ACS Chemistry Olympiad and the NJ Chemistry Olympics at NJIT.
I advise the Chemistry club and the Israeli Cultural club.
