Tuition Reimbursement Request Form
Along with the reimbursement request above, please submit the following to Human Resources:
- a paid bursar's receipt from your college or university that contains: course number(s), name of course(s), amount of credits taken and tuition cost per course.
- official, unopened transcripts (can be mailed or electronically sent to Mary Haines)
Tuition reimbursements are done once at the end of each fiscal school year. Note the deadline and payment schedule below:

In accordance with Article IV, Association Rights and Responsibilities, Section E of the TEA Agreement, each teacher may be reimbursed for a maximum of six (6) credits in the fall and six (6) credits in spring, with no more than twelve credits in a single calendar year (including summer course credits) and no more than $2,000 total reimbursed per teacher per year.

Salary adjustments are done twice per academic year, but you may only move across the salary guide once per academic year. Note the salary adjustment deadlines and payment schedule below:
