Physical education is a cornerstone of a child's holistic development, seamlessly intertwining physical well-being with academic success. A thoughtfully crafted curriculum cultivates movement experiences that gradually refine motor skills while encouraging children to express emotions and ideas. This dynamic interaction fosters a healthy self-concept and a lifelong appreciation for physical activity. Through engaging and purposeful activities, including those centered on games, students are equipped with a strong foundation for their physical growth. Moreover, opportunities for physical fitness assessments are offered to students in grades 3-5, ensuring that they develop a deep understanding of and commitment to lifelong fitness.
