Third graders are expected to follow the Responsive Classroom model for learning behaviors in our classroom. Please see the link below for further information:

In elementary school, report cards are distributed in December, March and June.
In third grade, the students are assessed using various methods:
- Formal assessment
- Unit tests
- Weekly vocabulary tests
- Daily observation
- Class discussions & participation
- Guided reading groups
- Participation in class activities/experiments
Homework assignments will be noted in the student homework agenda.
