Maugham Elementary School

Welcome to second grade at Maugham school!  My name is Ms. St. John and I am very excited to be your teacher for this school year.  

This year we will be reading lots of great books, strengthening our math skills, improving our writing, learning about things and people in our world and, last but not least, learning about each other and ourselves.  I am looking forward to a great year with you!

So, what exciting things have you been doing this summer?  I can't wait to hear the stories of places you visited, sites you saw and people you spent time with! 

I spent the summer helping my mom move into and decorate a new apartment, swimming, reading, gardening and doing some fixing projects around my house. 

I hope that you enjoy the rest of your summer and I look forward to meeting you in September!
