• The P.E. program will work towards improving the students cardiovascular and muscular systems.Students will be assessed using the Presidential Physical Fitness Test during the month of March. Activities that will help the students do well on the testing will be our strength training activities which consist of push-ups, sit-ups and planks.The program will also focus on cooperating learning skills using team building activities. The other units that we will cover will be , two hand touch football,  jump roping skills ,soccer( indoor and outdoor) ,basketball ,capture the flag, volleyball ,kickball, tumbling,  badminton and relay races.
