Tier III math interventions Goals:
Content/Concept: To develop the basic conceptual understanding embedded in each content standard, students should start by visualizing a process or concept with physical or virtual manipulatives. Once concept attainment progresses, students should shift to pictorial representations, then only moving to the symbolic stage if there has been consistent demonstration of retainment of a concept. Each Everyday Math lesson is accompanied by modified lessons/activities and through ConnectED, differentiation assets/tags are available for each concept or skill.
Fluency: Students should engage in fluency development through the tiered/leveled practice presented in the collection of Everyday Math games (both physical and virtual).
