    Since you only have one body, you should take care of it.  As part of our Healthy Lifestyles Unit, we will talk about staying healthy and fit.  Actions speak louder than words.  We would like to maintain a healthy snack policy throughout the year.

    Crispy Seaweed (Actually fulfills the salty craving.)

    Raisins (I think they are nasty but to each his own.)

    Peppers (They package bags of the orange, red and yellow ones.)

    Dried Fruit/ Fruit

    Applesauce

    Edamame

    Smart Food

    Pretzels

    Popcorn

    Baked Chips

    Rice cakes

    Crackers

    Snack bars (granola etc.)

    Vegetable sticks

    Hummus

    Cheese Sticks

    Cheese and crackers

    Yogurt 

    No foods with sugar as the first ingredient.   No nuts.
