Care Plus NJ, Inc. (“CarePlus”) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides comprehensive, recovery-focused integrated primary care, mental health care, and substance abuse rehabilitation services. Outpatient services are offered on a voluntary outpatient basis to adults and children at a total of 49 sites, including three outpatient centers (located in Paramus, Fair Lawn, and Hasbrouck Heights), ten residential facilities, offices at three local hospitals, and seven community offices, all conveniently located throughout Northern New Jersey.
Care Plus is the only provider in Bergen County contracted by the State of New Jersey to offer a full range of primary health care services to adults with chronic mental illness. Emergency psychiatric service in Bergen County ensures 24-hour accessibility.
TPS is partnered with Care Plus NJ to offer solutions to school districts by providing a wide-range of onsite services, including counseling, care coordination, school clearance assessments, and access to CarePlus’ full continuum of integrated care and social support services. Clinical Program Managers Mackenzie Kuhl, LSW and Heather Brown-Huston, LPC are available to assist K-12 families throughout the district with referrals and local resources for mental health.
