    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Maintains a complete and systematic set of records in the form prescribed by the district policy of all financial transactions (purchase orders, payroll, deposits, etc.) for the SACC Program.
    2. Records details of student registrations, school rosters and attendance sheets in appropriate journals.
    3. Prepare tuition statements on a monthly basis.
    4. Perform specialized and confidential assignments, as required, including other tasks related to the efficient operation of the SACC Program.
