Hello. My name is Mrs. Pialtos and this is my second year teaching at Tenafly Middle School. I strive to positively impact the lives of the students I teach.   I received my certification  to teach kindergarten through eighth grade from Stony Brook University and my masters in Special Education from Hofstra University.  I am excited to teach 8th Grade Study Skills and Pre-Algebra this year on the Green Team.

 I teach because nothing is more challenging or rewarding and I am filled with joy when a student finally understands a new concept or has an “aha”moment.   I am looking forward to another wonderful year in the Tenafly Middle School.
