Hello,

My name is Mr. Vagnone. I am your child's 8th grade science teacher. I am certified to teach science through the K-12 level and have received my degrees from Stony Brook University. My undergraduate degree is a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Biology. My Master of Arts degree is in science education. In this class, your child will be learning about the essentials of earth and space science. Earth science topics include: Geological Science, Atmospheric Science, and Astronomy. We will be experimenting using hands-on learning techniques and group collaboration. Your child will also be learning through technology using Google Classroom to take notes and create interactive documents.
